Q. Can we bring our own bats?
A: Rawlings has partnered with Batbox to deliver the ultimate hitting experience with premium, pro-grade bats available for every guest. You’re welcome to bring your own aluminum bat, but we highly recommend using the Rawlings lineup designed specifically for Batbox gameplay. For safety reasons, wooden bats are not allowed. No exceptions.
Q. If we reserve two boxes for the same night, can we make sure they’re next to each other?
A: Standard online reservations don’t guarantee that boxes will be side by side. If you’re planning for multiple boxes or a larger group experience, we recommend completing our event inquiry form so our team can coordinate your setup and keep your party together.
Q. What’s the youngest age allowed for players?
A: Batbox is built for players of all ages to enjoy, but for safety and gameplay reasons, we can only allow players ages 6 and up to participate.
Q. What is the minimum group size per box?
A: Each box can accommodate 2 to 10 players. Batbox is built for group play, so the more players you bring, the more ways there are to compete, cheer each other on, and split the cost. Groups of 2 are welcome, but we recommend bringing a larger crew to get the full Batbox experience.
